Hi, I’m Chris. I'm an AI advocate, team builder, and technologist. For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of IT operations, cybersecurity, and leadership, helping people and businesses navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

I serve as Director of Managed Services at Appalachia Technologies, a Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania-based MSP and MSSP. I lead our support, NOC, and SOC teams, and I’m passionate about documentation, process design, and mentoring the next generation of tech leaders.

I speak, write, and advise on the practical use of AI — especially how small organizations can use it to boost productivity, reduce stress, and unlock new ideas. I co-host the podcast Somehow I Manage and appear regularly in local government and IT industry events to demystify AI and share real-world stories of human-AI collaboration.

Whether I’m speaking on stage, building AI workflows, or helping a team member level up, my focus is always the same: make it easier for people to do great work.
